Steak Mexican Pizza: 14 oz. pkg. Steak-EZE or Fast Fixin’ Philly Beef Steak (four portions)
1 fully cooked pizza crust
½ c. onions, diced
½ c. refried beans
1 c. Mexican blend cheese, shredded
¼ c. sliced black olives
½ c. tomatoes¸ diced
½ c. lettuce, shredded
Sour cream
Guacamole
Salsa

Preheat oven according to pizza dough package directions. Brown steak according to package directions with onions, set aside. Spread refried beans on pizza dough evenly. Top with steak mixture, olives and cheese. Bake until cheese is melted. Add tomatoes and lettuce to the top and slice. Serve with sour cream, guacamole and salsa on the side.
