Nutty Chicken Fingers: 4 Fast Classics Fire Roasted Chicken Breasts, cut in half lengthwise
1 c. corn flakes, crushed
½ c. pecans, finely chopped
1 pkg. ranch dressing mix
1 c. buttermilk or whole milk

Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine corn flakes, pecans and ranch dressing mix. Dip chicken into buttermilk and then into crumb mixture. Place onto an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
